What Health Enhancement Systems products are available for resale?
All products offered in our
Wellness Resources catalog as well as on our
website (www.HealthEnhancementSystems.com/products) are available for resale. Most resellers focus on our online wellness campaigns because we’re the market leader — offering more proven programs and flexibility than any other vendor.
What are the benefits to being a reseller of Health Enhancement Systems products?
Resellers have the advantage of offering clients the most engaging, effective wellness campaign tools in the industry. In addition to our time-saving, participant-generating programs, you have access to support staff dedicated to helping you knock the socks off your customers. And we offer resellers a 25% discount on all products (excluding incentive items).
Am I limited to a territory or market segment?
No. All resellers may market and sell Health Enhancement Systems products worldwide.
What kind of support does Health Enhancement Systems offer resellers?
We offer a full line of promotional tools to enhance your sales programs. And our dedicated staff will support your efforts in customer service, design, marketing, management, and web development.
Are there any up-front costs associated with being a reseller?
Opening annual qualifying activity is US $1000. Reseller status will be granted after you reach the qualifying order amount, but there is no up-front fee.
Do we work directly with Health Enhancement Systems or can our clients work directly with you?
The reseller determines how the working relationships align. Some resellers prefer to handle all communications with their clients; others prefer that we work directly with their clients, or something in between.
If a client implements more than one online program at once, is there a price break?
Generally, there are no additional discounts beyond the 25% reseller savings.
Can we pass along the 25% discount to our clients?
We recommend you charge the retail price, but we do not require you to set a price at, above, or below retail. Remember, our retail pricing is accessible to all through our website.
Do you have overviews of your programs?
Each campaign has a 1-page overview and other tools you can customize to your needs. Work directly with your Health Enhancement Systems account manager to coordinate sales material development.
Do you have a self-guided demo for each online program?
There is a 2-minute promotional video for each campaign, designed to lead legitimate prospects to sign up for a guided demo.
Are there costs for the guided demos?
No. We provide unlimited 30- to 45-minute demos to your sales and operations staff, as well as your customers, on request.
Can you clarify the difference between the annual license and per user model for the online programs?
We offer the option to purchase an annual license based on eligible population for a single, up-front cost that covers all set-up, account management, and participant fees. The annual license is generally most cost-effective for organizations with 3000 or more eligible participants. For smaller organizations, the per user pricing model is typically more cost-effective. This includes a 1-time set-up fee, monthly account management fee, and per participant fees. Your Health Enhancement Systems account manager can help you select the most cost-effective approach for each client.
Once a client decides to implement an online campaign, what is the lead time needed to launch?
We recommend at least 4 weeks to plan, promote, and implement a successful campaign.
Can we purchase an annual license across multiple clients?
Yes. However, the logistics of coordinating multiple clients on a single site may limit the appeal of this option. Discuss this and other issues with your Health Enhancement Systems account manager. We’ll be able to accommodate your specific needs.
What do other resellers charge their clients?
We recommend resellers charge the retail price. We do not disclose various reseller strategies.
Can the programs be dual branded with our logo and our client’s logo?
Most online wellness campaigns have a single branding option. Discuss specific requirements with your Health Enhancement Systems account manager.
What are the sizes of your clients?
Our clients range from a few hundred employees to more than 180,000.
Can participants log in through our portal to access Health Enhancement Systems campaigns (SSO)?
Yes. We work directly with your IT group to create a seamless user experience.
Can we combine online and paper-based participant data?
Most clients prefer online implementation for many reasons — especially the ease of data collection and reporting. But in those rare instances where a paper-based option is offered, your Health Enhancement Systems account manager can review the most cost-effective approach to meet your data collection and reporting needs.
Do I have to sign a contract to resell your products?
Each reseller completes a simple, 1-page reseller agreement; we review the agreement together every year.
Do you have standard reports you send after the program is complete?
You have full access to real-time data on all of your clients through a secure reseller dashboard. All reports are exportable to a csv file. Your Health Enhancement Systems account manager can assist with running reports at any time.
